These Terms govern Folio Afterhours at folioafterhour.com, operated by Raptor Manga LLC (“Folio”, “we”, “us”). By choosing “Agree & enter” or using the catalogue, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, leave the catalogue. Reporting and policy pages remain accessible.

1. Adult eligibility and lawful access

You must be at least 18 and meet the age of majority that applies where you access the catalogue, whichever is higher. You confirm that accessing the material is lawful in your jurisdiction. An age declaration is not verified identity or age evidence. Additional checks or restrictions may apply. Do not misrepresent your age, circumvent regional controls or obtain restricted content for a minor.

2. Your use of Folio

Use only accounts and material you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in information; do not share owner credentials, scrape private files, evade security controls, overload the service or submit abusive or knowingly false reports. Account access does not replace ownership and permission checks. Public account registration may not be available.

3. Content and intellectual property

Rights remain with their respective owners. Permission to view content is limited to lawful personal use through the service; it is not permission to republish, sell, sublicense or train a model on someone else’s work. Upload only material you have the necessary rights and permissions to use. Uploading does not transfer copyright to Folio or automatically authorize publication.

4. Content standards and complaints

The Content & AI Standards, Copyright Policy and Privacy Policy describe relevant rules and practices. We may restrict a work or account while investigating credible safety, rights, security or legal concerns. You may submit a response or appeal through Support; a successful copyright counter-notice does not override an independent safety restriction.

5. Regional availability

The service is accessible internationally where lawful, subject to technical, legal and content-specific restrictions. A work may be unavailable because of local rules, rights or verification requirements. We do not represent that every work is available or suitable in every country or US state. IP estimates help apply restrictions but are not proof of residence or adulthood.

6. Payments and creator terms

No paid access or creator payout is currently offered. Any future purchase or creator compensation requires separate disclosed terms and express agreement. Dashboard estimates are not a promise of earnings. No revenue split or deduction arrangement is established by these Terms.

7. Service changes and your rights

Availability and features may change. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every uploaded work will be published. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer, privacy or other statutory rights, excuses unlawful conduct, or establishes a mandatory arbitration agreement. Material updates will be dated here and, where appropriate, presented for renewed acceptance.

Contact Raptor Manga LLC about Folio through the secure public reporting form. Keep your receipt to read the response. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes, identity-document scans or copies of intimate images.
