Privacy & cookies
Updated November 2, 2026
Raptor Manga LLC operates Folio Afterhours. We use information to provide the site, secure private accounts, handle reports and meet applicable obligations. ExoClick advertising is currently paused pending provider approval. If enabled later, banners require a separate opt-in and are limited to the US catalogue preview. Visitor analytics remain off.
Information processed
- Site/security: network and request information, IP-derived country/state, security signals and error details processed by Cloudflare and our host.
- Owner workspace: minimum account metadata, password hashes, encrypted authenticator/recovery information, sessions, private uploads and management history.
- Reports: your selected concern, affected URLs, description and optional contact details. Copyright, counter-notice and intimate-image requests require additional contact/signature statements appropriate to the request.
Why and with whom
We process this information to deliver and secure Folio, respond to your requests, protect rights and safety, and comply with law. Applicable legal bases may include providing the requested service, legitimate interests and legal obligations. Our infrastructure providers process requests to deliver and protect the site; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Infrastructure processing may occur outside your country.
Reports are restricted to authorized Folio operators. We may share relevant copyright notices/counter-notices with affected parties or disclose information when lawfully required or necessary to address serious safety or rights concerns. Reports are not published as public comments. We do not sell report details or use them for advertising.
Saved artwork in your browser
If you save artwork, Folio stores up to 100 public artwork identifiers in browser local storage. This list stays on that browser until you remove entries or clear site data. The saved filter sends these identifiers to Folio to retrieve artwork that is still public. Private owner workspaces also use browser storage for saved reference pictures and recent tag lists.
Publishing artwork
When the owner chooses Approve & publish, the selected generated image, title, creator credit, description and tags become public on an artwork page and in the library. Prompt text, API keys, rejected images and original files remain private. Make private or Deny removes that publication from Folio pages and media delivery; copies already saved by visitors or search engines cannot be recalled.
Storage and safeguards
Report details are encrypted in a separate restricted database. Account credentials and private files remain behind backend authorization. Requests can still generate infrastructure/security logs; browsing is not anonymous. Folio’s NGINX access log is disabled. We do not keep an IP-location browsing-history database or request device GPS.
Retention
Open reports are kept while needed for review. Resolved or closed reports are removed from the active reporting database after 180 days unless marked for a legal hold. Necessary legal records may be retained longer. Existing encrypted backups can retain earlier copies until those backups are removed; immediate deletion from every backup is not promised. Recoverable private drafts/files remain stored until authorized deletion.
Affiliate offers and advertising
Affiliate offers are labeled with a commission disclosure beside the link. Direct sponsor banners are labeled Advertisement. Folio does not contact the partner until you click its link. When you visit the partner, its own terms, privacy and cookie practices apply. Folio does not send your private draft or report details in partner links. Affiliate commissions and advertising payments are reported by the partner network.
Cookies, storage and analytics
Necessary Secure, HttpOnly cookies support owner sign-in and reporting-form security. Your age/Terms acknowledgement is stored in a signed, Secure, HttpOnly cookie for up to eight hours and is not age-verification evidence. The entry challenge uses a short-lived value in that same cookie. No Google Analytics tag is installed. Our separate GA4 property does not track visitors. Network banners from TrafficStars or ExoClick are off until an approved Folio website/ad-zone is enabled by the owner and you allow banners. They use a separate 30-day signed preference context and stored consent choice. Changing the network configuration requires fresh consent. US visitors may allow or turn off banners in Advertising preferences. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals suppress banners. Outside the US, with unknown location, or in owner workspaces, banners remain blocked. If you allow banners, a cross-origin frame contacts the configured network and its advertising partners, sharing your IP address, browser/device information and the Folio origin; cookies or similar storage may be used. We do not send Folio reports, owner details, artwork, search text or draft identifiers to the ad frame. See TrafficStars' privacy policy and ExoClick's privacy policy. Removing a frame stops further embedding; it does not erase third-party data or cookies already processed. Acceptance of the Terms does not consent to advertising.
Your requests
Use Privacy support to request access, correction, deletion, a copy, restriction or an appeal where applicable. We may need proportionate information to confirm authority before disclosing or changing private records. Do not upload ID documents to the form. You can also complain to your applicable data-protection authority. We do not knowingly accept accounts from minors; report suspected misuse through the same route.
